Many CEOs are aware of the need to be more patient-focused, and how to achieve that throughout their organizations. But do they follow through? To underline the advice from our roundtable panel on patient centricity, we offer here testimony from top people in the industry. These are executives who actually walk the walk, making it part of the company DNA.
