JEFF CONKLIN

He began his career with Wallace Labs and Syncom Pharmaceuticals before joining Wyeth Pharmaceuticals in 1994. In 16 years with Wyeth, Jeff held a number of leadership roles, including Vice President, Marketing and Sales, Canada; Vice President, Sales, Women’s Health Care; and Vice President and Global Business Manager, Biopharma. In his last role with Wyeth, Jeff served as Vice President, Marketing Practices and Innovation. In 2011, Jeff joined BMS as Vice President, HIV Marketing and Sales, and is now Senior Vice President Worldwide Commercial Operations. He was recognized as a Digital Marketing Master at ePharma Summit in 2014.

MARIANNE JACKSON

Marianne has more than two decades of biopharmaceutical industry experience at Shire, AstraZeneca and Merck Human Health. She has both US and international experience, spanning senior roles in marketing, sales leadership and commercial operations. Based on her strong track record of performance delivery and strategic thinking, Marianne has had the opportunity to commercially lead multi-billion dollar specialty brands such as Seroquel, Prilosec and Nexium, as well as to lead the global launch of an innovative primary care brand. Her commercial experience spans pre-launch, launch, and mid-to-late lifecycle brand management. In her current role reporting to the CEO, Marianne was asked to lead the redesign and execution of the commercial operations group within Shire. She also serves as the Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Greater Delaware Valley Chapter of the National MS Society.

ABIGAIL JENKINS

Prior to joining Relypsa, Abbey led the launch of a specialty distribution business owned by Actavis Pharmaceuticals where she partnered with leading manufacturers of specialty products to develop innovative channel strategies. She also spent more than five years at MedImmune in positions of increasing responsibility. Her final role was leading the global $1.5B Synagis brand. She started her pharmaceutical career at Pfizer where she spent eight years in sales and marketing roles. Abbey has also authored articles for PharmaVoice and HBAdvantage.

DAVID NICOLI

From 2004-2013, David Nicoli reported to the CEO of AstraZeneca as Vice President of Corporate Affairs and served as a member of the senior executive team that managed AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals’ US subsidiary, which had $10 billion in revenue in 2012. During that time, David reported directly to and served as the principal strategic counselor for four CEOs with respect to the external environment in which the business operated. Since then, he has been a Public Affairs Consultant as President of the Nicoli Consulting Group, LLC. In addition, David serves on the Board of Directors of the Christiana Care Health System, Delaware’s largest hospital system with annual revenues of $1.6 billion. He delivers a distinctive contribution on both the Governance and the Compliance & Audit Committees. David is also an executive coach with Leaders Edge / Leaders-By-Design in Philadelphia, where he functions as a Senior Consultant to the firm. COMMENT
