Marianne has more than two decades of biopharmaceutical industry experience at Shire, AstraZeneca and Merck Human Health. From 2004-2013, David Nicoli reported to the CEO of AstraZeneca as Vice President of Corporate Affairs and served as a member of the senior executive team that managed AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals’ US subsidiary, which had $10 billion in revenue in 2012. During that time, David reported directly to and served as the principal strategic counselor for four CEOs with respect to the external environment in which the business operated. Since then, he has been a Public Affairs Consultant as President of the Nicoli Consulting Group, LLC. In addition, David serves on the Board of Directors of the Christiana Care Health System, Delaware’s largest hospital system with annual revenues of $1.6 billion. He delivers a distinctive contribution on both the Governance and the Compliance & Audit Committees.
